Pranayama and Meditation with Amber Knight


Join Amber Knight in a weekly space and time carved out for you to welcome more clarity and ease into your life. Time to take inventory, listen to your heart’s wisdom and release what is no longer serving you, what you will bring with you into the coming week and process the previous week.

We will begin by bringing awareness to the senses and breath with Pranayama, settling the mind and body. After some time spent observing, we will practice acceptance, gratitude and loving kindness to foster more compassion towards ourselves and others. We will contemplate a new theme weekly in a guided meditation to cultivate an open heart and set personal boundaries.

All people with any level of prior experience are welcome! Bring a journal if you wish!

Amber is a yoga and meditation instructor teaching a wide variety of weekly classes in Portland. Her classes incorporate breath and sensory awareness, poetry, and guided visualization to maximize relaxation while utilizing alignment cues, adjustments and props to build strength and flexibility of both the body and the mind.
