Breathwork Meditation with Amber Knight
The breath is the foundation of our mindfulness practice and a catalyst for experiencing deep inner peace. Join Amber Knight in leading us in following our breath, allowing it to guide us along the pathway to embodied presence. This is an accessible class that offers breath and sensory awareness to soften the mind and body for meditation, a weekly invitation to pause, observe and soften.

Amber is a yoga and meditation instructor teaching a wide variety of weekly classes in Portland. Her classes incorporate breath and sensory awareness, poetry, and guided visualization to maximize relaxation while utilizing alignment cues, adjustments and props to build strength and flexibility of both the body and the mind.
